My Story
From the Farm to the Army to Your Place
I grew up on a farm out west where if something broke, you fixed it yourself. There was no calling someone — you were the someone. That kind of self-reliance sticks with you.
At 18 I joined the Australian Army and spent the next 21 years learning how to show up on time, follow through on commitments, and never take shortcuts. Those habits don't fade after you leave the service — they're baked in.
When I left the Army in 2017, I started doing handyman work because it let me do what I've always done — fix things, help people, and take pride in the result. Word spread, the jobs got bigger, and I haven't looked back.
Today I service the Gold Coast, Logan, and Beenleigh areas, working out of Bannockburn. I'm not a big company with a call centre — when you ring, you get me. And when I turn up to do the work, it'll be done right the first time.

I give you a time and I turn up at that time. If I'm running late for any reason, you'll get a call. It's that simple — and after 21 years in the Army, it's not negotiable.

I quote before I start — no hidden costs, no surprises when the invoice arrives. If something changes mid-job, I'll tell you first and get your go-ahead.
Done Properly
No half-baked fixes or “that'll do” shortcuts. I use the right materials, take the time to do it properly, and stand behind my work. If something's not right, I'll come back and fix it.
Left Tidy
When I finish a job, your place is clean. I vacuum, wipe down, and take all my rubbish with me. Your home should look better than when I arrived — that's the standard.
